Daily meditation for corporate Executes.
Daily meditation is a wonderful way of leading a stress-free life. You need not know any mantras for the same. Neither have you needed a Guru. It can be done by can be done by any one, believers or non-believers. What you need is only the willingness to spend a few minutes of your time daily at a fixed place and for a fixed duration.
1. Hear any instrumental music that you like. Fix a period of five days. Five minutes every day at a fixed time. Same music every day.
2. Mentally concentrate on chakras. Two minutes in each part.
3. Mentally concentrate on each part of your body for one minute, from your toes to your head.
4. Concentrate on your breathing for five minutes.
5. Keep your palm open and visualise some energy flowing from the universe for three minutes.
6. See in your visualisation any person you like most – it can be a God whom you believe in your heart/ or any Guru you have heard, or it can be your wife or a friend. See them for one minute. Visualise the energy flowing from them to you.
7. Concentrate on a beautiful nature poster with a waterfall in it for 2 minutes.
