In Covid times....
To control sense of pain....
Control other senses.
1.Use Lavender oil - aroma to make your mind happy.
2.Scrub the area affected with soap and scrubbers at least twice a day.
This will stimulate touch and pressure receptors and decrease pain, as per Gate control theory.
3. Can apply hot and cold packs, to stimulate temperature receptors, and check first, what is helping you.
4. Hear soothing music🎶, which distracts you from ongoing pain.
5. Can eat tasty food, which satisfies your satiety. Eg. Dark chocolate🍫
6. See 👀 what gives delight to your mind.
7. Can start passive exercise, so that Proprioceptors are activated and do not restrict your range of motions.
Memory of restricted range of motion may go on increasing, so passive exercise first, then go for graded exercise to active exercises.
8.Do not let your mind to be trapped by FEAR of PAIN .
Do not allow yourself to create memories of pain.
FEAR OF PAIN AND MEMORY OF PAIN are real culprits.
9.Start prayers in mind or loudly and ask help from Universal Energy.
10. Finally Breath control -
Inspiration- 1 second
Hold breath- 2 seconds
Expiration- >4 seconds
Hold breath- 2 seconds
Repeat entire cycle for at least 11 times.
Can repeat any number of times.

Please take help of Pain Physicians before pain gets converted to Chronic pain, which is a disease itself.
