👉Is having a FLAT belly difficult for Females ⁉️

✅Females naturally have a higher midsection fat than males & there's a big reason behind this biological difference, the design of a woman's anatomy is different than a man's.

✅Having a flat stomach is not the key to being healthy or happy.

✅A slightly rounded tummy or having some fat around your midsection is normal.

🙋‍♀️If you aspire for a flat stomach then be a little flexible about your aspirations. I am not saying you can not achieve it but don't make this your only goal.

➡️My client(identity kept confidential) had some personal goals that she wanted to achieve in one month, she had put in the effort and got amazing results.

➡️She religiously followed the nutrition and she is an amazing lifter too, her weight training sessions combined with food strategies helped her the most in achieving a flat and toned stomach.

💯But not everybody is genetically blessed, not everyone's hormonal response is optimized, and not everyone can put the same level of effort therefore we can not generalize such results to every woman, just do your best and enjoy the journey.

👉When your body’s estrogen levels aren’t balanced, you may start noticing certain symptoms▶️
🔹unusual weight gain
🔹bloating
🔹swelling and tenderness in your breasts
🔹fibrocystic lumps in your breasts
🔹irregular menstrual periods
🔹increased symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
🔹mood swings, headaches, anxiety, and panic attacks
🔹hair loss
🔹memory problems
🔹It may increase the chances of thyroid dysfunction.
🔹High levels of estrogen can put you at a higher risk of breast cancer and ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, blood clots, and stroke.

👉This condition is known as Estrogen Dominance.

✅When it comes to balancing your hormonal levels correcting your diet is the first line of action followed by many other lifestyle changes, but losing the extra body fat will help you the most.

▶️Here, my client(identity kept confidential) had almost all the symptoms of ED, and her past history of multiple pregnancies and mishaps, and overuse of contraceptive pills also confirmed the abnormally elevated Estrogen levels.

▶️We started with the Nutrition plan and within 2 months she showed good results and felt better in her symptoms, though it is a midway transformation putting effort for 2 months can improve your health this much then just think what will happen if you start working for your health every day, holistically.

👉Women often find it difficult to lose weight after birth, even with breastfeeding, and many continue to gain weight.

✅Hormonal changes, thyroid problems, insulin resistance(gestational diabetes), sleeplessness, stress, and depression contribute to postpartum weight gain.

✅Well, weight gain during pregnancy and continuing weight gain after doesn't feel good, and it's not good for your self-esteem as well.

✅Women who bump up 5-15 kg per pregnancy have increased risks of diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, varicose veins, heart diseases, etc when they get older.

✅And they have increased risks of high blood pressure and diabetes with that next pregnancy. That's bad for them and their baby.

✅Women who already had diabetes in pregnancy are particularly at the greatest risk.

🙏So being pregnant, and having a new baby brings on lots of changes in your life. We should keep the good ones and let go of the bad ones if we can.

👉Almost all pregnant ladies have some weight to lose after the birth of their baby.

👉But instead of losing, they keep gaining due to various reasons.

✅There are biological reasons why the pregnant and postpartum body might want to hold onto the calories and store more fat mass.

✅Earlier we were hunter-gatherers; the availability of food didn't have any surety and our newborn's life depended only on our breast milk but now we have evolved into a sedentary generation and for food, we drive to the grocery stores.

✅Since we are evolved and no longer hunters and gatherers, the idea of gaining too much fat during pregnancy should change‼️

✅Usually, all the weight that you have gained during pregnancy is supposed to go after delivering your baby.

👉But instead of losing, you just keep gaining, and you're not even pregnant anymore.

✅Being a new mom is stressful, and stress hormones can promote weight gain, and women are more likely to eat when they are stressed.

🤓And when it comes to eating, we give little to no attention to what we are eating therefore an added food-related stress that you have created for your body.

✅So there you go, thyroid problems, insulin resistance, sleeplessness, postpartum depression, and stress contribute to postpartum weight gain.

😍My client (identity kept confidential) has the same history of postpartum weight gain.

👉Though it is a midway transformation, but she has come a long way. She has lost a good amount of fat and the inch loss around her waist, chest, hips, and thigh areas are significant.

✅The best part of the transformation is that she realized that the weight gain was making her life challenging, low on energy & strength, and low on confidence, and it wasn't going to stop if she wasn't willing to take charge of her health.

✅This factor raises the risk of having varicose veins.

Being a Certified Nutritionist & a Certified Fitness Consultant, my aim is to help as many people as possible and make them Healthy & Fit with the help of Nutrition & Exercise Science. FATLOSS & LEANGAIN is my area of expertise but I have a strong inclination in working with people suffering from metabolic issues. I work with people suffering from Diabetes, PCOS/PCOD, Menopausal issues, Pregnancy Nutrition, Child Nutrition, Uric Acid, Obesity, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Insulin Resistance, etc and help them in improving their quality of life with better lifestyle choices. I am an aspiring Powerlifter & want to participate in Powerlifting Competitions to challenge my strength since I am a Strength Training Coach, therefore, I plan my training I have also participated in one of the renowned Physique Shows, Body Power in 2019, and quite a few Fashion pageants and won titles as well, and these are my recreational activities.
