For the longest time, I held this knowledge within me…

Even though I was certified, I never really stepped into offering Garbh Sanskar.
My focus was always on births, on being there for women in their most powerful moments.

But lately, I’ve been feeling this deeply. Some knowledge is not meant to be kept…it is meant to be shared.

Over the years, through my experience, the wisdom shared by my mentors, and the journeys of so many mothers…I have now curated a Garbh Sanskar program that is not just traditional but practical, intentional, and deeply meaningful 🤍

This is for a:
🌸 Conscious pregnancy
🌸 Healthy mother
🌸 Positive birth experience
🌸 And a well-nurtured baby

It’s a beautiful blend of ancient wisdom + real, applicable guidance that you can actually follow in your daily life ✨

If you are pregnant and feel called to this journey, or you know someone who would benefit from this share it with them.

Let’s create a more aware, connected and empowered pregnancy journey together🤗

"Normal delivery is risky.”
“C-section is easier, faster, safer.”
“Milk supply is low in almost all first-time mothers.”
“Why go through labour pain? Just take an epidural.”
“Husbands are of no use during labor, you need your mother or mother-in-law.”
These are said casually.
Repeated confidently.
And absorbed silently by women who are already vulnerable.

And sometimes, what I hear is silence.
A mother doubting herself quietly.
A family panicking quickly.
A body being rushed before it is understood.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth...most of what is labelled as failure in mothers is actually a system that doesn’t know how to wait, listen, or support.

Many times, nothing is “wrong”.
But too many voices start speaking at once.
And the mother’s voice gets lost in between.
The body is rushed.
The mother is rushed.

Decisions are made in panic, not information.
Normal delivery isn’t about proving strength.
Breastfeeding isn’t about force.
Postpartum healing isn’t optional even if no one talks about it.

A nervous system that feels unsafe
will struggle to birth, to feed, to recover.
That’s biology, not mindset.
And yet, we keep treating birth and breastfeeding like mechanical processes instead of human experiences.

Sometimes, nothing is “wrong” with the mother.
What’s wrong is the environment around her.
Fear spreads faster than facts.
And mothers pay the price.

On the night of June 5th, when we were going back and forth about Misoprostol vs Pitocin, I remember feeling so overwhelmed and cornered by the hospital. The way you calmly explained the risks, reminded me that I had the right to say no, and gave me the confidence to ask for time to rest - that moment completely changed the course of my labor. Without that push from you, I know I would have just caved to the pressure (or possibly even taken in for a C-section), and I truly don’t think I would have ended up with a vaginal birth.
Also when things felt like they were spinning out of my control, you reminded me to focus on what was still in my control - and to surrender to the rest. That simple but powerful shift helped me and Prasad find peace even in the hardest moments.

Because of you, I not only had a vaginal birth, but I also walked away feeling like I had written my story — not just gone through something that happened to me. I will never forget how you anchored me through it all with your unwavering support, guidance, and wisdom. A big thank you and hug!

With love and endless gratitude,
Priyanka and Prasad

Unfortunately, most of us are never taught how to hold space for grief — or how to support someone who’s grieving.
It’s only when you lose a loved one — a parent, a child, a sibling, a partner — that you begin to understand the true weight of grief.

When I lost Baba, the people who could truly hold space for me were often those who had lost their own parents, or whose parents were terminally ill.
