Some experiences are not meant to be rushed, they are meant to be felt. 🌿
We were deeply honoured to welcome Sri Sundernāth (Shandor Remete), who shared his wisdom with our guests during his recent stay at KARE.
Sri Sundernāth was raised in a home where yoga was a daily way of life; and later initiated into the Kanpatha Hatha Yogis of Nepal, tracing his lineage to Sri Gorakhnath and Guru Sri Matsyendranath.
Rooted in the ancient tradition of Tantrik Hatha Yoga, his journey reflects decades of disciplined practice and devotion to preserving the classical science of Hatha Yoga.
In his session at KARE, he spoke about the strength of milder, sustained forms - how when postures are held with awareness, the breath softens and prana begins to move more freely within. “It is the prana that restores illness,” reminding us that healing unfolds not through force but through stillness, patience and presence.
Moments like these stay with you long after they end.
