Few things for kids to follow in this lockdown period. As for kids now there is drastic change in educational system.
1) Screen time restrictions are still there for mobile , laptop... But as kids hv there lectures on it can't avoid it.
But definitely not more than 2 to 3 hours and that to only for education not as an entertainment. Every 20 to 30 min. ask kids to look at the farthest point or have a break so that kids near muscle get relaxed.
Avoid AC blower or fast fan when kids are working on screen.
2) For entertainment for kids TV now a days is safe screen (compared to laptop or mobile) option considering should be watched from the farthest distance in hall with good light and in sitting position. As mentioned every half hourly break.
3) Eye exercises are now a days compulsory for not only kids but for us also.
4) Add almond and walnut in diet of kids. And as this is mango season add mangoes also as it is very good source of carotenoids or Vit A.
5) Keep kids hydrated with frequent water drinking.
6) Keep cold water hanky over eyes for 2 to 3 times in a day .
7) Compulsary 7 to 8 hours sleep.
