Single embryo transfer of an diploid embryo gives the best chance of pregnancy with least complications.
Of course chances increase with transfer of 2 embryos. Individualisation of treatment is important according to age , availability of number of embryos, availability of expert obstetrics care and NICU facilities and couples desire for single child or twins
