                                            It is with great pride and honor that we share the successful completion of the “Certificate Awarding Ceremony Program” for Laboratory Techniques I (Chemical & Microbial Analysis), jointly conducted by the National Agriculture & Food Analysis & Research Institute (NAFARI) in collaboration with the Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts & Nutritional Sciences (SSCANS), SIU, Pune.
The program was graced by two distinguished Guests of Honour:
Dr. Dilip Borawake, Governing Council Director, NAFARI & Managing Director, Borawake Hotels Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Adi Anand Chordia, TEDx Speaker, Asia Book of Records Holder, Entrepreneur and Food Scientist at Suhana Group.
Dr. Borawake commended the learning outcomes achieved and appreciated the initiative taken by both NAFARI and SSCANS. He further emphasized the strength of the ongoing association between Symbiosis and NAFARI.
Mr. Adi Chordia delivered an impactful keynote address focusing on the growing need for collaboration between industry and academia. He highlighted how such practical, hands-on training programs effectively bridge the gap and equip students with industry-relevant skills.
Prof. Atul A. Ghokhale, Director, SSCANS, shared his vision and insights into how Symbiosis is committed to grooming students through quality training and experiential learning, ensuring they are competent to meet contemporary industry standards.
Mr. Santosh Devkate, Head – Training Division, NAFARI, delivered the opening address and presented the program’s preamble, outlining its objectives and the key outcomes achieved through the training.
