Tava-Mitram We are a non-judgmental not-for-profit initiative managed by the Iinner Universe Education Foundatio The duration is for 60 minutes. Grab your certification.

Tava-Mitram aims to empower every person in the world with strong habits to build mental strength and be congruent with their thoughts, actions, and feelings. This is achieved through our group coaching methods carried out by ‘Mitra Coaches’ who are seasoned professionals from the field of psychology, counseling, and the coaching industry. What we offer: Tava-Mitram conducts 6 group sessions spread across a period of 3 months. Mitra Coaches lend their expertise after creating an open space for discussion between group members. Members can share their emotional traumas without any worry of being judged, bullied, or deal with the stress of advice. Mitra coaches show you the way to develop your strength to be decision-makers for life. They are volunteers who use sound strategies based on psychological tools and techniques while helping you develop a solution-based approach. We do not offer medical advice. Our rules: Tava-Mitram has a contract in place that lays out rules for the free group coaching session. We have strict professional conduct to be exhibited for participants as well as Mitra Coaches. We strive to create a confidential and safe space and have zero tolerance towards members who do not comply with the outlined rules. So, you can be at ease about privacy and confidentiality. Update: We have launched the “My Mental Health, My Priority” Campaign. Anyone with the determination to learn about 12 subjects on mental health can join online. Saying "yes" constantly seemed like a good idea, right? 🤔

Like I was being helpful, a team player, always there for others.

But it slowly started hurting my own work. My to-do list became endless, filled with tasks that weren't even my priorities. I was spreading myself too thin, and my focus was all over the place.

I found myself working longer hours, feeling drained and less effective. The quality of my own projects started to suffer because I was so busy managing everyone else's requests.

It was a tough lesson to learn, but I realized that my productivity was directly impacted by my inability to say "no".

Now, I'm learning to set boundaries and protect my time. It's not about being unhelpful, it's about being strategic with my energy and ensuring I can deliver my best work.

Saying "no" to some things means saying "yes" to my own important goals. It's a journey, but my productivity is already thanking me! 💪

Do you find your thoughts racing and wonder, "What can I actually say to myself right now to feel calmer?" 🤔

It's a question many of us face when things feel overwhelming or our minds just won't quiet down. Finding the right words can feel like searching for a light switch in a dark room.

I've found that sometimes the simplest phrases work best. Instead of getting lost in complicated ideas, try focusing on basic, kind words directed at yourself. Think about what feels soothing. Maybe it's repeating "Breathe" slowly and gently with each breath you take.

Other simple things you could try saying silently or softly are: "It's okay," "This feeling is temporary," or "I am safe in this moment."

Just acknowledging how you feel without judgment can be powerful. Saying "Let it go" as you exhale might also help release some tension. It's not about forcing calmness, but gently inviting it with simple, reassuring words.

Let's talk about something really important: gratitude.

It’s not just about saying "thank you" when something amazing happens. True gratitude means noticing and appreciating everything – the small stuff, the big achievements, and all the ordinary moments in between. Making this a habit can genuinely change how we feel every single day.

Think about the small things first. That first sip of morning tea or coffee, the feeling of sunshine on your skin, a comfortable chair, a funny text from a friend, or just a moment of peace and quiet. These little things make up so much of our lives.

When we stop to appreciate them, our regular days feel richer and more joyful. It helps us stay present and find happiness right where we are.

What does Tava-Mitram mean to us?

Founders - Coach Dr. Paras and Spiritual Coach Ekktaa share their stories.

A lot of people do not have access to guidance to navigate through difficult turns in the journey of life. We had our share of adversities but were fortunate enough to be guided from the depths of darkness towards light. But, what about those who do not have any guidance during their toughest times? Where will they go? Whom can they depend upon?

Tava-Mitram was founded to make people strengthen their belief in themselves and tap the power of the subconscious mind through free group coaching sessions. We seek to create wonderful group energies through our coaching methods. You could be experiencing prolonged sadness, depression, stress, anxiety, worry, or feeling lack of self-confidence. We are here for you. We shift your focus on the Power of Now so you make the best with what you have.
