A single call, even “just for a second,” can break your focus and change a life forever.

Why postponing the call matters:
• Your mind cannot fully attend to two things at once.
• Even hands-free calls distract your attention and slow your reaction time.
• A moment’s distraction can cause a lifetime of regret.

What to do instead:
• Keep your phone on silent or Do Not Disturb while driving.
• If it’s urgent, park safely and then call back.
• Create a simple affirmation: My journey is safe. My mind is focused.

Rajyoga Tip for Drivers:

Most of us get impatient at traffic signals — checking the watch, feeling frustrated, or scrolling endlessly on the phone. But these 30–40 seconds can actually become your mini pause, a moment to reset your mind.

How to practice Rajyoga Meditation at a red signal:

• Gently loosen your shoulders and take one calm breath.
• Remind yourself: I am a peaceful soul.
• Instead of reacting to noise or chaos, send a thought: May everyone around me be safe.
• Let the mind slow down — this increases patience, reduces irritation and keeps you alert on the road.

An induction program was conducted at Trinity, focusing on the theme “Youth and Mental Health.”

Two colleges participated in this initiative:
1. Trinity College of Engineering and Research
2. KJ College of Engineering and Management Research

Our sessions were attended by 560 students at Trinity and 600 students at KJ College.
The program highlighted the importance of mental well-being, emotional awareness, and building inner strength through simple, practical tools.

A meaningful beginning for young minds stepping into a new academic journey.

समाज में श्रेष्ठ परिवर्तन का आधार — अध्यात्म शीर्षक से जगदम्बा भवन, पुणे में विशेष संध्या सम्मेलन का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में ब्रह्मा कुमारीज़ के समाज सेवा प्रभाग, स्थानीय एवं राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक संस्थाओं तथा विभिन्न सेवा संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक सहभागिता की। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य था—स्थूल समाज सेवा के साथ आध्यात्मिक सशक्तिकरण को जोड़ते हुए स्थायी एवं श्रेष्ठ परिवर्तन की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाना, अर्थात् “स्व-परिवर्तन से विश्व-परिवर्तन” का संदेश व्यापक रूप से प्रसारित करना।

संस्था की संयुक्त प्रशासिका एवं समाज सेवा प्रभाग की अध्यक्षा, आदरणीय राजयोगिनी संतोष दीदी के दिव्य सानिध्य में कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न हुआ। अपने प्रेरणादायक उद्बोधन में संतोष दीदी ने निम्न प्रमुख बिंदुओं पर प्रकाश डाला—

1) आध्यात्मिक सशक्तिकरण की अनिवार्यता: केवल भौतिक सहयोग से अस्थायी लाभ मिलता है; स्थायी समाज सुधार के लिए मन एवं संकल्पों का शुद्ध परिवर्तन आवश्यक है।

2) स्व-परिवर्तन से समाज परिवर्तन: प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के अंतर्मन के परिवर्तन से ही समाज के विस्तृत परिवर्तन की शुरुआत संभव है।

3) देने की भावना का विकास: सच्ची समाज सेवा निस्वार्थ होती है—अपेक्षा छोड़कर दाता भाव अपनाने से ही समाज में समृद्धि आती है।

4) राजयोग की शक्ति: राजयोग मन को शांत, जीवन को सकारात्मक एवं समाज को सुखमय बनाने वाला श्रेष्ठ साधन है।
