डॉ. चिन्मय उमरजी यांची Thalassemia वरील मुलाखत.. प्रिथम ( Prenatal Identification of Thal Major PrIThaM) या जनकल्याण रक्तपेढी आणि उमरजी रुग्णालय यांच्या प्रकल्पाविषयी माहिती. या प्रकल्पांवर गेल्या वर्षभरात१०,००० पेक्षा जास्त गर्भवती महिलांची थॅलेसेमिया तपासणी गरज पडल्यास त्यांच्या पतीची आणि तसेच पोटातल्या बाळाची तपासणी, समुपदेशन करण्यात येते. ते देखील पूर्णपणे मोफत. आपल्या ओळखीतल्या आर्थिक दृष्ट्या वंचित असलेल्या गर्भवतीना याची माहिती द्या. सध्या हा प्रकल्प ससून यशवंतराव चव्हाण पुणे मनपा पिंपरी चिंचवड मनपा साने गुरुजी रुग्णालय आदी रुग्णालयांतील गर्भवतीना मदत करतो.
