This is me 4 years back being an IT professional my eating habits became unhealthy. Eating so much of Fast food, unhealthy meals led towards me to unhealthy lifestyle. At a very young age I started loosing my muscle strength, i lost my confidence for being fit. Feels tired end of the day.โฃโฃ

โฃโฃI had seriously needed Healthy lifestyle. I decided to change my lifestyle, I started having good nutritions, healthy meal plans & healthy work out plans. And it worked for me in a good manner. My stamina started growing. Everytime whenever i started a new work i was feeling motivated and Energetic. I could focused on my work. โฃ1. Firstly, in a bowl, beat the eggs and add into it.โฃ
โฃ2. add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder.โฃ
โฃ3. Stir the mixture well.โฃ
โฃ4. Heat the tawa/gridle and put it on low flame.โฃ
โฃ5. Over the gridle add oil/ghee/butter and heat it.โฃ
โฃ6. Add the omelette mixture and spread it well.โฃ
โฃ7. Take a bread slice and dip it on the omelette mixture and flip the bread and rest it on the omelette.โฃ
โฃ8. Doing this way coats the bread with omelette on both the sides.โฃ
โฃ9. Similarly, dip the other bread slices on the omelette and flip the bread and rest them on the omelet.โฃ
โฃ10. Cook the bread omelet perfectly on both the sides on medium flame.โฃ
โฃ11. Remove the bread omelette from the tawa and cut the bread slices diagonally.โฃ
โฃ12. Cut them and serve hot with ketchup if you want !โฃ
