✨ From Skills to Spotlight — A Proud Moment for SaaD! ✨
At SaaD, every small step in learning builds toward a bigger dream. This month, that dream took the center stage.
Our neurodiverse participants proudly took part in “Cook for Change”, organized by Veruschka Foundation, Mumbai — a celebration of ability, creativity, and confidence.
👩🍳 We had four representative participants in the regional round at Pune on March 1, 2026 competing. This round took place in three challenging stages.
🥇 We are thrilled to share that two participants advanced to the Grand Finale in Mumbai on March 17, 2026.
Among 16 Pan-India finalists , along with the culinary skills and creativity, they showcased confidence, independence, and joy. With Millets as the Finale theme, they rose to the challenge empathetically.
💫 They completed the finale with flying colours and brought home:
- Cash awards
- Certificates of excellence
The event was graced and awards presented by esteemed chef Alyona Kapoor. This marks a truly special moment for our community.
This is not just a win for us — it is a celebration and a testament of perseverance, growth, and the limitless potential of our neurodiverse participants. ❤️

✨ कौशल्यांपासून मंचापर्यंत – SaaD साठी अभिमानाचा क्षण! ✨
SaaD मध्ये शिकण्यातील प्रत्येक छोटं पाऊल एका मोठ्या स्वप्नाकडे नेणारं असतं—आणि या आठवड्यात ते स्वप्न प्रत्यक्षात साकार झालं.
आमच्या न्यूरोडायव्हर्स विद्यार्थ्यांनी “Cook for Change” या स्पर्धेत सहभाग घेतला. ही स्पर्धा Veruschka Foundation – मुंबई यांच्या वतीने आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. हा मंच कौशल्य, सर्जनशीलता आणि आत्मविश्वासाचा उत्सव साजरा करणारा होता.
गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून SaaD सातत्याने विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये जीवनावश्यक कौशल्ये विकसित करण्यासाठी काम करत आहे—त्यात स्वयंपाक हे एक महत्त्वाचे कौशल्य आहे. दैनंदिन प्रशिक्षणातून सुरू झालेला हा प्रवास आता राष्ट्रीय स्तरावर आपली छाप पाडण्याच्या संधीपर्यंत पोहोचला आहे. 🌟
👩🍳 एक मार्च 26 रोजी SaaD चे चार विद्यार्थी पुण्यातील फेऱ्यांमध्ये सहभागी झाले आणि तीन आव्हानात्मक टप्प्यांमधून विविध थीमवर आधारित पाककृती सादर केल्या.
आणि आता अभिमानाचा क्षण…
🥇 आमच्या दोन विद्यार्थ्यांची मुंबईतील अंतिम फेरीसाठी निवड झाली! 17 मार्च 26
देशभरातील 16 अंतिम स्पर्धकांमध्ये त्यांनी आत्मविश्वास, स्वावलंबन आणि आनंदाने समावेशकतेचा खरा अर्थ दाखवत भाग घेतला. अंतिम फेरीचा विषय होता मिलेट्स —सर्जनशीलता आणि कौशल्याची खरी कसोटी.
💫 दोन्ही विद्यार्थ्यांनी अंतिम फेरी उत्कृष्टरीत्या पूर्ण केली आणि मिळवले:

✔️ उत्कृष्टतेची प्रमाणपत्रे
ही प्रमाणपत्रे मान्यवर प्रमुख पाहुण्या अल्योना कपूर यांच्या हस्ते प्रदान करण्यात आली, ज्यामुळे हा क्षण अधिक खास बनला.
ही केवळ स्पर्धेतील यशाची गोष्ट नाही…
हे अनेक वर्षांच्या परिश्रम, विश्वास आणि आमच्या न्यूरोडायव्हर्स समुदायाच्या अमर्याद क्षमतेचा उत्सव आहे. ❤️
SaaD मध्ये आम्ही फक्त कौशल्य शिकवत नाही—आम्ही सन्मान, स्वावलंबन आणि अभिमानाकडे जाणारे मार्ग तयार करतो.
