Sports do more than just keep us fit; they relieve stress, improve mood, and build confidence. Playing together also fosters connection and a sense of belonging, which are vital for mental well-being.
This Sports Day, let’s celebrate the games that strengthen our minds as much as our bodies.

In India, stigma around mental health isn’t just about shame.
❌ Struggles are dismissed as “all in your head.”
❌ Pain is minimized with “just think positively.”
❌ Silence replaces honest conversations.

But seeking psychiatric help is not a weakness; it’s courage and responsibility.

Families can shift the narrative by:
1️⃣ Acknowledging, not dismissing
2️⃣ Educating, not minimizing
3️⃣ Talking, not staying silent
4️⃣ Supporting, not stigmatizing

Healing begins when we replace judgment with empathy.

Burnout. Silence. Stress.
A recent study found what most companies ignore:
👉 Women are 3x more likely to seek mental health help than men
👉 Gen Z and young millennials are reaching out—showing the highest engagement in seeking help
👉 Personal & emotional stress—not just work—is the real trigger
While women make up just a quarter of the workforce, they account for half of all therapy usage in India Inc.
The message is clear: Mental health isn’t a perk. It’s a necessity.
🛠️ It’s time companies stop treating wellness like a side project.
They need to build it into their culture. We need systemic changes to encourage mental help-seeking in older generations and among males.

Is your little one spending too much time on screens?

A Kerala-based study found that 90% of preschoolers (children aged 2-5 years) exceed the recommended 1 hour/day — and the impact is bigger than we think. Since kids undergo major cognitive and emotional development during this time, parents serve an important role as gatekeepers and facilitators of healthy screen habits.

Here’s the good news:
✅ Simple steps like being consistent in setting limits on screen time, co-watching content with kids, monitoring the content and time spent, having open discussions about the content and and screen-free meals can make a real difference.

India has over 800 million internet users — but digital life isn’t all positive.
From anxiety to cyberbullying to dangerous health misinformation, the mental toll of being online is real.
We need safer spaces, better digital literacy, and mental health care that works both online and offline. 🧠✨
