Working late again?
You’re not alone, but it’s time we talked about the cost.
Here’s what often gets missed:
⏳ Long hours take a silent toll on mental health in the long run.
Burnout, anxiety, emotional exhaustion — they creep in when work becomes endless and recovery gets pushed aside.
💬 You don’t have to “hustle harder” to prove your worth.
Your brain, body, and heart need boundaries just as much as your calendar does.
Start drawing the line.
For your health. For your peace.

A rising number of Indian fathers are reaching out for mental health support.

From 2020 to 2024, helpline calls by men more than doubled —
3,693 to 8,362.
Over 1,500 fathers sought help in just early 2025.

Burnout, guilt, and anxiety are real, especially for new dads.

Let’s end the silence.
Start the conversation and normalize men seeking help for mental health, because it matters.

Ever tried “thinking positive” and felt like it didn’t work?
That’s because it’s not about fake smiles or ignoring problems.
It’s about shifting focus—just enough—to stop your mind from spiraling.

As clinical psychologist Nupur Dhakephalkar explains:
✅ Positive thinking helps balance emotions
✅ Builds inner resilience without denying reality
✅ And creates room for calm in the chaos

You don’t have to feel “great” to begin.
Just feel ready to begin again.
One gentle thought at a time.

Your body sends signals. Don’t ignore them.
Swipe to know how to recognize a panic attack before it spirals.
What to do if this happens?
- Step into an open, well-ventilated space
- Try grounding techniques (e.g., touch 5 objects, name 4 things you see)
- Focus on slow, deep breathing
- Tell someone nearby what you're feeling
- If symptoms don’t subside, seek medical attention immediately
🧠 Your sense of safety needs to be restored gently, not rushed.

This post is for general awareness. For recurring symptoms, consult a mental health professional.

Constant screen time can leave you mentally drained, anxious, and unfocused. It’s okay to log off, your mind needs a break.

Taking regular breaks from screens helps your mind relax and can even boost productivity. Try simple activities between work sessions to reset and recharge:

1. Stretch or take a short walk to get your body moving.

2. Listen to calming music or natural sounds.

3. Sip herbal tea or enjoy a snack mindfully.

4. Use a relaxing scent like lavender or eucalyptus.

5. Engage your senses—walk barefoot, touch different textures, or simply look outside.

These mindful pauses can restore your focus and energy.

How Pride Month Began 🏳️‍🌈
Not glitter. Not a parade.
It started with rage, resilience, and the fight to be seen.
Remember the roots. Respect the journey.
This month, we honor its origin. Not just a parade, but a profound reckoning.
