Woke up all bloated with puffy eyes and face after a heavy high carb meal last night, lack of enough sleep, and as a part of 100 days biohackathon i am trying all different viral hacks, diets, and stuff to see it's effectiveness..
Here is a review of drybrushing your face in a proper lymphatic drainage pattern ..we have our lymph nodes near ears and in neck for face so idea is to drain excess facial fluid around lymph nodes and I can see the difference in minute..so

1 point cut as I wish the brush was even more softerso as to avoid risk of breaking my skin barrier or cause micro tears as my skin is sensitive to sun..but I moisturised well after brushing so risk was taken care off . Let me know if u need link as I had spent an hour of finding best option with good deal and reviews...

Prepping for a party is important if u don’t wanna wake up foggy dehydrated and then super bloated ..
electrolytes : non negotiable, avoids dehydration followed by bloating
Psyllium husk : fills your belly , u can’t eat more even if u want, slows down sugar spikes so lesser chances on insulin spike and weight gain
Apple cider vinegar: again slows down sugar spikes
Sabja and salad : salads befor feast works every single time.next morning is smooth and of course works with digestions and slow sugar absorption..
I always carry my essentials in my travel kit ..
Party hard but prep harder so u don’t regret next day

As a part of hunger and hormones 100 days biohackathon i am doing 72 hours water fasting ..it's for weight loss only .but intention is to look into my blood markers shift after 72 hrs water fasting
