I am so grateful that I found Swatimansh prenatal Yoga class, I would highly recommend this prenatal yoga! I started it during my second trimester to control lower back pain, with my doctor's suggestion. It helped me to stay comfortable and more relaxed throughout my pregnancy. Juhi is so fabulous at what she does. As I have done it I have found to be more patient with pregnancy pains, I have learned stretches and poses to help with my pain, and I learnt about pregnancy and birth in general. She helped me to understand the importance of meditation during pregnancy, how to talk with a baby and also shared some affirmations and YouTube links to keep my mind relaxed and increase positivity. I love how personal the class is, it helps you learn more and feel comfortable.
Juhi really gets to know you and what you need. I had so many complications during this pregnancy but she helped prepare and continues to strengthen my heart and soul for motherhood. I delivered a healthy baby girl ❤️ eagerly we were awaited for.
