1 year ago, she walked into our personal training studio with a goal and a few challenges – hormonal imbalance, exam stress, college life chaos… But today, she stands 11 kg lighter, much stronger and totally in charge of her health and happiness! 💪🌸

At such a young age, Suhani chose self-care over shortcuts, consistency over comfort. She said NO to junk outings, YES to her diet goals. Managed study pressure, college activities, workouts and even festive temptations with grace and balance. 🎓📚🏋️‍♀️🥗
