A 70-year-old male came to our clinic with severe right leg pain, inflammation, and difficulty walking. He had previously undergone URS with DJ stenting surgery, had a history of diabetes, hypertension, stroke (2001), and PTCA (2021), and had an ejection fraction of 25% (2D Echo).
