Day five of NOVARIS for pharmaceutical sciences commenced with Dr. Mahima Nikalje opening the session with “White Coats in Practice,” shining a light on clinical horizons for aspiring Pharm D graduates. She provided insights into evolving career paths, the importance of clinical skills beyond traditional roles, and inspired the beginners to embrace clinical practice and take leadership within healthcare delivery. Next was an insightful and power-packed career and placement guidance session led by the esteemed Dr. Madhuri Sathe, Advisor Corporate relations at Indira University. What made the session truly memorable was her unique storytelling approach weaving in lessons from the journeys of cricket legends and Bollywood snippets to drive home crucial points about perseverance, adaptability, and the importance of self-belief.
Dr. Santosh Yele delivered a comprehensive and thought-provoking presentation, shedding light on the evolving role of pharmacists across international healthcare ecosystems. He skillfully mapped out the dynamic global pharmaceutical landscape, highlighting how technological advancements, regulatory changes, and healthcare reforms are shaping new avenues for pharmacy professionals. Advocate Rama Sarode provided a crucial session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)  which provided in depth insights reinforcing commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff. Mrs. Renuka Atik, who explored the synergy between information and healthcare technology. She emphasized that this powerful convergence is not only enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare delivery but is also revolutionizing patient outcomes and experiences across the globe.

Day four of NOVARIS for pharmaceutical sciences commenced with Dr. Rajan Goel discussing the global paradigm shift in the pharma industry, highlighting both challenges and opportunities.
Dr. Ashutosh Misal asserted that sustainability is more than environmentalism; it is a holistic approach spanning social equity, ethical governance, and economic resilience. By integrating these values into academics, research, and professional practice, Dr. Misal inspired students to become responsible leaders capable of driving meaningful, sustainable change
Post-break, Dr. Dipanjay Bhalerao inspired students to “Own the Journey, " by motivating students to think differently, adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, and take charge of their own ventures, moving beyond traditional academic routes to explore real-world problem-solving and enterprise creation.
Dr. Madhur Kulkarni powered everyone up with nutrition advice for a healthy future in pharmacy. Dr. Kulkarni’s passion for fostering a holistic approach—blending pharmaceutical education with practical nutrition advice—empowered students to champion a healthier future for themselves.
Day four of NOVARIS for Pharmaceutical MBA orientation was packed with career-boosting skills; Dr. Pradeep Ambavane introduced analytics in pharma which reshapes pharmacy domain by fostering a culture of measurable outcomes, predictive analysis, and technology integration, preparing future professionals to meet the evolving challenges in pharma through data-centric solutions.
Dr. Neetal Vyas simplified ‘Finance for Non-Finance’—a crucial skill for each and everyone in today's competitive landscape. Mr.Prajwal Bhalsingh’s session on cybersecurity highlighted best practices in the digital age. His session served as both a technical primer and a rallying call for developing lifelong, adaptable cyber-awareness in an ever-evolving digital world.

Day three of NOVARIS for pharmaceutical sciences commenced with Dr. Digambar Ambikar sharing invaluable insights into mastering effective time management, setting a productive tone for the day. Following this, Dr. Prerana Dongre conducted an engaging and educational session on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), emphasizing its critical importance for both Pharma and MBA aspirants. She highlighted how IPR protects innovations in the pharmaceutical industry by granting legal rights such as patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. This protection encourages investment in research and development, fosters healthy competition, and safeguards public health by preventing counterfeit drugs. Next, industry expert Mr. Prasad Kanitkar illustrated how pharmaceutical companies actively contribute to nation-building by innovating and producing vital medicines, fostering public health, and supporting economic development through job creation and technology advancement. After a refreshing break, Dr. Sunetra Patwardhan guided students in discovering crucial skill sets necessary for professional transformation, emphasizing adaptability, continuous learning, and strategic thinking in today’s evolving workforce. Finally,  Mr. Aniruddha Dadke underscored the vital role of professional commitment and ethics, encouraging students to uphold integrity and responsibility as foundational pillars for sustained career success.
Day three of NOVARIS for Pharmaceutical MBA orientation opened with Dr. Shikha Sindhu’s detailed exam orientation, setting academic expectations straight. After lunch, Dr. Swati Bhalerao delivered a comprehensive and insightful session focused on Finance and Investments, where attendees gained valuable knowledge on managing personal and corporate finances, investment strategies, and financial planning. Following this, Dr Akanksha Metha engaged participants with a dynamic and interactive Business Quiz centered around PHM, testing their business acumen through thought-provoking questions on current business scenarios, companies, economic concepts, and market trends. This combination of expert-led learning and energetic quizzing created an enriching afternoon experience
