After days of sweets and celebrations, it’s natural to feel stuck in a cycle of sugar highs & crashes. But here’s how you can gently bring your body back to balance:

✅ Hydrate first – water helps flush out excess sugar.

✅ Don’t skip meals – eat balanced plates with protein + fiber + healthy fats.

✅ Add fruits – natural sweetness curbs cravings.

✅ Move a little – even a walk helps reset energy.

Last year around this time, I was almost 68 kgs and really struggling with my weight. Losing 12–13 kgs has been such a journey for me, and honestly, I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Shweta’s guidance and support.

My weight had been stuck for the longest time, and no matter what I did, it just wouldn’t go down. But from the time I started following her customised plans, she took me from 62 to 55 kgs. That shift was a game-changer for me!

Light, Healthy & Filling!🌿
Dudhi Jowar Thalipith - gluten free, gut friendly & perfect for your weight goals✅

INGREDIENTS -

🔸1 cup Jowar Flour
🔸1/4 cup Besan
🔸1/4 cup Rice Flour
🔸3 tsp Curd
🔸1/2 Dudhi (shredded)
🔸3 cloves Garlic ( coarsely crushed)
🔸1 inch Ginger ( coarsely crushed)
🔸2 Green Chilli ( coarsely crushed)
🔸1/2 cup fresh Coriander ( finely chopped)
🔸1/2 tsp Ajwain
🔸1/2 tsp Jeera
🔸1/2 tsp White Sesame Seeds
🔸Salt to taste

PREPARATION -

1️⃣Take shredded dudhi in a bowl, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, ajwain, jeera, coriander, sesame seeds and salt.

2️⃣Add jowar flour, besan, rice flour, curd and mix everything nicely to make soft dough. You may add little water if required.

3️⃣ Now take some dough with wet hands, spread the dough on the pan with hands.

4️⃣Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and cook the thalipith from both sides.

Serve this healthy Dudhi Jowar Thalipith with Curd or Green Chutney for a delicious and nutritious meal.

OATS SOYA KEBAB🧆

Power-packed with plant-based protein from soya and fiber- rich from oats. Lightly spiced, shallow fried and made without any refined ingredients.

INGREDIENTS -

🔸1 cup Soya Chunks
🔸1 cup Oats
🔸1 medium size Onion ( finely chopped)
🔸1 small size Carrot ( shredded)
🔸1/2 cup Coriander ( finely chopped)
🔸1 inch Ginger ( coarsely crushed )
🔸3-4 cloves Garlic ( coarsely crushed)
🔸2 Green Chillies ( coarsely crushed)
🔸1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
🔸1 tsp Coriander Seeds ( coarsely crushed)
🔸1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
🔸1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
🔸1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
🔸1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
🔸Salt to taste

PREPARATION -

1️⃣ Boil Soya Chunks in water for 5 mins, turn off the heat and take them out.

2️⃣ Rinse well and strain the water by squeezing them.

3️⃣Churn 1 cup rolled oats and boiled soya chunks separately in a mixer and transfer it in a bowl

4️⃣Add chopped onion, coriander, and shredded carrot.

5️⃣Add coarsely crushed garlic, ginger and green chilli

6️⃣Add white sesame seeds, coriander seeds, raw mango powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder and salt.

7️⃣Combine everything well and prepare small tikkis

8️⃣Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them until both the sides are golden-brown

Pair with Green Chutney or Hung Curd Dip for a complete, satisfying snack.
