SPROUTS TIKKI🌿🧆
Fuel your body with this high protein sprouts tikki!
Packed with goodness of sprouts, fresh veggies and oats.
Perfect meal for breakfast and tiffin.
INGREDIENTS-
Moong Sprouts (1 cup)
1/2 cup Oats (grinded)
1 small Carrot (grated)
1 big size Onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Bell Peppers (finely chopped)
1 inch Ginger (coarsely crushed)
3 Garlic Cloves (coarsely crushed)
1 Green Chilli (coarsely crushed)
100 gms crumbled Paneer
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp Dhaniya Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE-
1. In a mixing bowl, add raw and coarsely grounded moong sprouts, add carrot, onion and bell peppers.
2. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilli, paneer and coriander leaves.
3. Add masalas – dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
4. At last, add oats for binding. Mix everything well, if required add little water.
5. Shape the tikki from the mixture and roast it on a hot tawa or air fryer.
