फळ fruits का सेवन ना करे. आप सफरचंद, कलिंगड,चिकू, पपया खा सकते है अगर आपको इससे कोई तक्लिफ ना होती हो तो और आपको डायबेटिस ना हो तो.
दूध और डेरी प्रॉडक्ट्स बंद करे. चीज,बटर,पनीर, पेढा, बर्फी,केक पुरी तरहसे बंद करे.
कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स, सॉफ्ट ड्रिंक्स, थंडा पाणी, फ्रुट जुस,लस्सी मिल्क शेक बंद करे.
तली हुई चीजे जैसे वडा, भजी,पुरी,सामोसा,लड्डू, हलवा, ना खाये.
घरमे अगरबत्ती, धूप ना जलाये. Perfume बॉडी स्प्रे का इस्तेमाल ना करे.
इन बातो पे अगर आप अमल करते है तो एकीनंन आपको ज्यादा परेशानी का सामना नाही करणा पडेगा और आप स्वस्थ रहेंगे.

Acute asthma
