Will chia seeds help me lose weight?🤔🤔

Chia seeds are loaded with dietary fiber, antioxidants, omega 3, protein and some amount of calcium, you definitely should include chia in your diet, especially if you get constipated very often and if your diets lacks fibre overall.

However, It will not helpful if you are going overboard with chia because they are also high in calories and could be one of the reasons you’re not losing weight.

If you’re someone who’s trying to lose weight, stick to 15 to 20grms of chia seeds daily, soak them in water for a minimum of 45 mins and consume them after. Don’t forget, you still need to be in a calorie deficit overall to lose weight.

You can consume chia seeds by - soaking them & add them to your water and drink it sip by sip OR you can add chia seeds in glass of water with lemon and pinch of salt and drink it inbetween your meals.

Flaxseed is seed that we rarely use it. It's full of vitamins and minerals and also helps reduce cholesterol levels in body due to the soluble fibre present in it. It is also a good source of omega-3 which has various benefits and supports heart health .

🍽️ What do you have for your mid morning meal ? I am curious to know 😀

I had my breakfast shake at around 8am today after my workout and there is still time for lunch..

But I am already hungry🤷🤷. So I decided to have a mid morning meal.. 

These mid morning or 4pm hunger pangs are the most tricky to deal with as we typically crave for something crunchy and spicy at this time and that's where our whole resolve of following a healthy regime goes for a toss.. 

But life is all about choices and if we train our mind, it becomes easy to pick a healthier choice and it eventually becomes a habit..

So my mid morning meal for today.. a few pieces of Watermelon 🍉 😋😋 

Watermelon has several benefits like :

▶️Loaded with electrolyte & water
▶️ Extremely low in calories (1 small bowl has 80 calories)
▶️ Excellent for improving skin
▶️Rich in vitamin B6 and helps in improving mood

"Calorie Management" and "Portion Control" are two very important aspects of weightloss.
If you want to lose weight you take calorie management in wrong way and create unbalace deficit in your intake which may lead to starvation of body.
Portion control is important because it allows you to keep watch on how many calories you are consuming. This way, you eat what your body needs, instead of mindlessly eating.
But do you think it is possible to follow them without a COACH???? 🤔🤔
Only following a particular diet over a period of time will not help you to get desired result unless you have someone to guide you. 🤷
Meal correction plays very important part in Weightloss & fat loss if you want to achieve desired result within a reasonable period of time 🎯💪

आम्रपाली एक ब्युटिशियन आहे..कामाचा ताण आणि समोरच्या व्यक्तीला सुंदर बनवता बनवता स्वतः कडे झालेल दुर्लक्ष, तासंतास बसून सेवा पुरवण, अवेळी जेवण याचा तिला हळुहळू त्रास जाणवू लागला. वाढलेलं वजन कमी करण्यासाठी तिने भरपूर मार्ग अवलंबले पण यश काही मिळाले नाही. अचानक एक दिवस तिची मैत्रीण पुनम भोसले हीच्यात झालेला बदल तिच्या लक्षात आला..पुनम ने आमच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली तब्बल 21किलो वजन कमी केले.. पूनमच्या सांगण्यावरून आम्रपाली ने मला भेटायचे ठरवले. Counciling नंतर काट्यावरचे आकडे आणि शरीराचं झालेल आणि पुढं होऊ घातलेले नुकसान तिच्या लक्षात आलं आणि लगेचच ती म्हणाली "मी 21 दिवसांचा ट्रायल प्रोग्राम करून बघते"..
पहिल्या 21 दिवसात तिने तब्बल 5 किलो वजन कमी केले आणि आता मागे वळून बघायचेच नाही असे तिने ठरवले.
आम्रपाली अतिशय मितभाषी. फारच मोजकं बोलणारी.. एखाद्या हुशार आणि होतकरू विद्यार्थिनी सारखी, डायट पाळताना कधी कुरकुरली नाही की व्यायामाला कधी मुद्दाम सुट्टी मारली नाही.. cheat diet पण सांगून विचारून करायची इतकी प्रामाणिक..बघता बघता तिने 20किलो वजन कमी केले आहे आणि आज तिच्यात झालेला बदल लक्षणीय आहे.. ती एक सुंदर आयुष्य जगत आहे.. खरंच, ठरवल की करून दाखवतात, त्यातलीच तु एक🎯💃.. तुझ खूप खूप अभिनंदन 💐💐

वजन कमी करण्यासाठी वेळ, आणि वयाची मर्यादा नसते. हे नियाझ शेख यांच्याकडून शिकण्यासारखे आहे.
वयाच्या ६३ व्या वर्षी नियाझ शेख सरांचा वजन कमी करण्याचा प्रवास अतिशय प्रेरणादायी आहे🎯
सर जेव्हा बी फिट फॉरएव्हर फिटनेस क्लब मध्ये आले तेव्हा वाढलेल्या वजनामुळे खूप त्रस्त होते पण त्यांना बी फिट फॉरएव्हर मध्ये एक आशेचा किरण मिळाला आणि सरांनी वजन कमी करायला सुरुवात केली.

वजन कमी करण्याचा 5 किलोचा पहिला टप्पा गाठला तेव्हा त्यांचा आत्मविश्वास वाढला आणि अगदी सहज आणि सोप्या पध्दतीने आपणही वजन कमी करू शकतो यावर सरांचा विश्वास बसला. त्यांना सांगितल्याप्रमाणे 80% आहार आणि 20% व्यायाम या सूत्राने सरांनी आत्तापर्यंत 19 किलो वजन कमी केले आहे.....खरतर वजन कमी करण्यासाठी वयाची मर्यादा नसते हेच त्यांनी सिद्ध करून दाखवलं आहे.

एकेकाळी जास्त वजनाने 5 सूर्यनमस्कार पण न करू शकणारे सर आता दररोज 60 सूर्यनमस्कार करू लागलेत....
सर आज खूप सुंदर आयुष्य जगत आहे....
