27th Nov was our most versatile & creative Coach Rupali's birthday ...thus definitely it was a great challenge to plan a birthday workout for her, but I guess that is what made the affair interesting too.
Best was that both her 8.45 & 10 am. batch took responsibility for planning a perfect birthday workout for her ... Thanks a ton, Poonam & and Sufiya, for taking the lead for the same.

Every year Diwali is one tyme that we La Cha team meet, that one time it is only about us connecting, having fun n loads n loads of laughter...one evening with no talks of strategies, nothing about training n conceptualizing.
This Diwali as a host, I was in a bit of fix but very well supported by my kids Vatsal, Diksha n Sakina & our always enthusiastic Shwetta...., the whole arrangement turned to be super amazing. Cannot thank them enough.
N, as always, La Cha team is always very accommodating & made the evening super success with their 💯 involvement & presence. Gratitude 🙏

Our official entertainer Shwetta made sure that we all very super focused on the games she planned rather than getting lost only in conversations n food😉.

Celebrating our most humble, every smiling, Dance cm fitness coach Neha's birthday in La Cha style...At la cha birthday is an opportunity for one to be more disciplined w.r.t one's health & wellness.
As it was our Coach's birthday, planning this becomes more fun...we had weighted full-body workout followed by bolly zumba session by our very own Shwetta .

Friday ie 20th July 2025, we at La Cha celebrated International Yoga Day....a day prior to the actual day ....starting with an amazing & enlightening session with Dr.Prerna Barve ....our PT batch completed 108 suryanamaskar to 🎯 Yoga day with me .... simultaneously, another session of complete stretching & use of a yoga belt in the same was emphasized & demonstrated by our Coach Rupali.
Dr Prerna agenda was to highlight that Yoga is not exercise ...it is a science, science of well-being...science of youthfulness...science of integrating body, mind & soul.
