What began during Covid as a temporary setup for online Yoga classes has now become a steady part of my life and my students’ routine.

Every week people from India, US, Europe and so many other places join these sessions from their homes.

Online and in person classes feel different but online has its own charm.

You do not have to sit in traffic or worry about reaching a studio on time. You do not need to search for a teacher nearby. You can simply open your laptop or phone and practice from anywhere in the world.

This space has allowed so many of us to build consistency, flexibility, strength and a calmer mind right from home.

What started as a Covid adjustment has become a community I am genuinely grateful for.

Thank you for showing up for your practice and for making Yoga With Garima a part of your day. ♥️✨

Let’s Talk About Breath.🧘🏾‍♀️🧘

Our breath says so much about how we feel.
Think about the last time you were anxious or angry. Your breath probably became quick and shallow without you even noticing. And in that moment, being told to “calm down” feels impossible.

But the breath is the one thing we can control.
If we pause and slow it down, even a little, something shifts. The shoulders drop, the mind settles, and the body feels safer almost instantly.

When we practice slow, mindful breathing every day, it becomes a gentle anchor. It helps us handle stress better, softens our reactions, and keeps us grounded when life gets loud.

The breath is always with us.
Whenever you feel scattered, come back to it.
A slow breath can change so much. 🌼
