Garima is a certified 500 RYT yoga teacher with 13 years of personal practice and a decade of teaching experience. She also holds a diploma in movement therapy and body-work.

Her classes blend yoga, strength training, breath work, meditation, and lifestyle guidance to help you build strength, lose fat, support joint health, and improve metabolic health.

Classes every Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30–5:30 PM at Assagao Birthing Centre, Goa.

Some Saturday nights, I look around and realize — this quiet, slow evening is exactly what I need.

Over the past two years, I’ve seen myself change in quite a different way.
I used to enjoy going out, planning, meeting people.
Now, I find peace in staying close to home, under an open sky, without noise, without rush.

I’m still figuring it out.
Is it part of healing from depression?
Is it the natural tiredness that comes after carrying too much for too long?
Or is it just a shift — growing into someone who chooses energy a little more intentionally?

Funny thing is, I don’t feel this tiredness when I’m doing Yoga, walking, or playing.
Movement feels alive.
It’s the noise, the conversations, the planning that feels heavy.

I’m curious — have you ever felt a shift like this too?
Where your relationship with the outside world changes in ways you’re still learning to understand?
