A simple way to detect hidden causes of knee pain.

Place your phone on the floor and record yourself walking toward the camera.

Then observe:

• How your foot lands
• Whether your knee collapses inward
• If your foot turns out excessively

These small movement patterns can slowly overload the knee joint and lead to pain over time.

Many knee problems actually start from improper gait mechanics and foot alignment.
