In Preeti’s Words - I came across your program through one of the instagram advertisements and the first thought that came to my mind was this is another promotional program but once i went through the feedback shared on your page, i decided to connect with you with a big doubt and little hope in my mind.

My basic issue was loosing wait without impacting the milk flow as my daughter was only 03 months old then and due to the nature of my job i had very little time to loose 10 Kgs, i wanted to fit back in the uniform in just 12 weeks without compromising on milk supply which seemed imposible to me, but you gave me the confidence that this is doable.

I am so glad i went ahead with you and what seemed impossible is no longer a dream. I feel thrilled to fit back into my uniform in just 12 weeks. Not only i have lost weight my energy and fitness has also improved.

Following your diet was so easy i never felt wanting, cravings went away within the first two weeks. Yoga classes were extremely helpful in balancing the body and soul. I used to look forward to the weekly sessions as you were very patient with my queries and always provided workable solution.
