This is what Fatema has to say about her journey - I have a complete new attitude towards food intake.
I never thought eating soo much could help one loose weight.

This shift in attitude was possible with the help and guidance from Dr Anil.

He made me realise that eating correct is important rather than starving.

There were days when I couldn’t finish the list of simple food intake a day and I kept on loosing grams every few days.

Not only did I loose weight but there was change in my “BEING”.

Quality of sleep,feeling good,good mood,positive thinking all by eating correct.

This is what Anjali has to say about her journey -

One random reel on Instagram will change my whole struggle of postpartum weight loss journey I never thought.

After seeing the reel I thought of approaching Dr Anil. Before taking his call I was not sure because I had tried a lot of meal plans n app to reduce weight. But after taking the season. I got more motivated and confidence that yes it is possible to do it. The way he had all his ears to listen to your query and doubt. And solve them will full explanation give you a great motivation that you are on a right path.

The other great thing about his plan is no fancy diet. Very basic food what we eat in a day is you diet.

I am associated with him from last 3 months and seen change in my weight but more then that my energy levels. From 81 to 73.5 kgs not a single day I felt that I am starving.

Every week the update n your craving for food is also taken care by him so well . Really happy that i came across that reel💐

Do you also believe getting back in Pre pregnancy shape means eating less and risking milk supply?

This is what Rutuja, had to say about her journey - I have been following Dr Anils nutrition plan and it has worked wonders for me. The plan is wholesome keeping me nourished and well fed. There was no mention of depriving me of any food or eating less, perhaps there was always more to eat. My milk supply was maintained and my energy levels also sky rocketed. I lost about 6 kgs in 12 weeks coupled with significant inch loss.
Cannot thank Dr Anil enough for helping me get back in shape and maintain my health in my post partum journey.

In Sakina’s words - So its been a while since I have finished the program and I wanted to write a feedback
Finally here it comes today

I was very eager n desperate to start and get faster results and reach my goals soon because I had zero patience

But when I started, I have realised how it takes time but the weight goes off for good

There have been soo many changes I saw within once I started
One of my major issues was my gut health
That improved
My weight fell off soo smoothly
My skin got better
The menstrual issues were not haunting me anymore
I felt energetic and active
And most importantly I felt soo much more happy n confident

Throughout the process I didn’t realise how the change was working for me
But now when I look back at the pictures from when I started and pictures from today
My my! It is drastic
Looks a like complete different human

I have learned to now maintain a healthy balance
I don’t punish myself by exercising too much if I eat junk Or I don’t starve to lose weight
I don’t kill my cravings

The best part I have learnt in this whole process is, be mindful of your decisions and once its done, its done. Move forward to the next day and start again to be better

I am glad I decided to enroll for this journey and learn n improve soo much. Literally the best decision I’ve made
