I’m opening new batches at the studio ✨

These classes are for anyone who wants to begin yoga with care—or return to their practice with more awareness. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already familiar with yoga, you’ll be guided through each class with attention to alignment, breath, and how your body feels that day.

My focus in class is simple:
to help you move safely, feel stronger and more open, and leave feeling calmer than when you walked in.

It’s a quiet, supportive studio space with small batches, so everyone gets the guidance they need—no rushing, no pressure to “perform”.
