HOW TO HANDLE and MANAGE❓
WHY IS MORE IMPORTANT IN HELPING THEIR CHILD LOOSE WEIGHT and STAY FIT❓
And why should we focus on their weight (Balanced weight) to avoid further health hazards❓
👆While we begin with our kids journey towards fitness, we need to first understand why is your child gaining weight and why is it not necessarily a need to look chubby in childhood, and why it's important to start now before it gets too late.
✨As a parent we always want our kids to look chubby, want their cheeks to fit in our fingers, and look like they belong to khaate Pite Gharke.

✨Your child should rather maintain a balanced weight as per the height.
✨Motivating kids to eat healthy, exercising regularly is the most difficult task.
Hence as a parent and the whole family togetherly (Nana, nani, mother, father, dada, dadi, and all the relatives) should participate in your child's weight loss journey, rather to follow a healtly lifestyle.
👆So before starting this, we need to understand why is it important to keep a balanced weight, or loose weight in obese kids ❓
✨With kids on a heavier side, not having a regular food, exercise routine are more susceptible to certain ailments and can trigger the silent bodily factors/genes to invite certain ailments like Diabetes, Hypertension, PCOD, various Vitamin deficiencies, Thyroidism, dropped AMH and Imbalanced bodily Hormones, lack of Energy levels, Lethargy, Stress, Insomnia, Palpitations, Heart disorders etc.
👉Now let's help our kids to achieve their fitness goals and maintaining it further all their lives.
👉Here's a way to prep for the journey you are planning.
1. As a parent we need to firstly understand what's right and what's wrong food choices.
We need to cut down all those habits and put up an example for your kids.
Kids follow their parents. We all know this.
So begin with youself.
2. Stock your home with all the right food items, groceries, fruits, nuts, chocolates, soft drinks, cows milk etc.
and DUMP all the junk in your homes right away. (Keep the junk items limited for once a week consumption).
3. To do this we need to first figure out what's junk and what's not.
So all that contains ❌Maida / White Flour / Regular flour like biscuits, cakes, pav, bun, bread, pastries (all bakery products) Maggie, pasta, nachos, kurkure,chips ( all packaged products), mithai ( sweets ), salted snacks, farsaan, chiwda, murmura, chocolates ( Mera baccha abhi nahi khaayega toh kab khaayega???? Sounds familiar?)
etc....
Just avoid storing it regularly in your homes.
Out of sight out of mind always work.
4. Stock your home with fruits, dry fruits like almonds, anjeer, black raisins, dates, walnuts, cows milk, makhana, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc.
Bake your own bread and cookies using whole wheat flour or ragi, jowar, dry fruit laddoos, khajoor laddu, rajgira laddoo, puffed jowar, puffed rajgira, Sali laahi etc, peanut chikki, peanut laddoo.
5. Try and prepare freshly home cooked meals 6 days a week.
6. Make sure to feed your child when hungry.
Mid time munching should be avoided.
7. Most importantly have dinners before Sunset😲
Not possible?
No there is no choice.
Make this Lil change in your routine, and see the difference 😊

Wake up by 6am

Hence in future kids will understand the value of eating well and can differentiate between right and wrong.
