A female patient, k/c/o DM with HTN with chronic skin itching since 15yrs, present c/o non healing abcess. Before visiting to us, she was on allopathic antibiotics for the same. Abcess was drained & daily dressing done with calenduy Q for a month, later it was done alternate day.
After taking history of patient, hepar sulph10M was prescribed in increasing potency & arsenic 1M stat was given. Patient is now happy & free from pain daily dressing of the wound.

Homoeopathy needs patience for patient.

A female of age72 patient c/o of post umbilical hernia surgery, having complaints of numbness, puss secretion, non healing surgical wound since 43days with k/c/o DM with AKD.
An increasing potency of hepar sulph 200 1dose was given & thereafter the potency been increased upto 50/2. Regular cleaning of wound & dressing done by calendulaQ.
