A case of an Immediate Implant placed in fresh extraction socket of lower right 2nd molar...

We did this case at Iris Healthcare Clinic's Dental set up under local anesthesia.

In an implant surgery, it becomes important to maintain the parallelism to adjacent and antagonist tooth, and to maintain the distance from adjacent important anatomical structures like the nerve canal, cortical plates and the natural teeth.

A 32year old male, lost his precious smile and had defective speech due to loss of 2 front teeth in a road traffic accident.

We were able to restore it with prosthetic corrections in just 2 appointments.
