In this practice, we explore two plank variations with awareness and control.

The first plank, with elbows down, helps build core strength and shoulder stability while encouraging steady breathing and patience.

The second plank, with the hands closer to the chest, increases the demand on control, alignment, and body awareness. It is not about holding longer, but about holding correctly.

Throughout both variations, focus on a long spine, engaged core, relaxed face, and smooth, continuous breath.

Strength in yoga is not about force.
It is about balance, attention, and consistency.

Move slowly.
Practice mindfully.
