is post graduate DNB degree in ENT, he started his career as a budding and struggling ENT Surgeon in Talegaon- Dabhade. He established his Consulting Clinic in 2000. With his hard work, dedication, and great operative skills, he won the hearts of the local population and was successful in establishing his identity as a well known ENT Surgeon. In December 20s00, Dr. Khan established SUSHRUT ENT Hospital to cater the increasing ENT health care demands of the local population and the adjoining villages. His passion for the field of ENT and his enthusiasm to impart quality knowledge to the medical students compelled Dr. Khan to join as Assistant Professor in ENT at MAEER’s M.I.M.E.R. Medical College, Talegaon- Dabhade. Presently, Dr. Khan is an Associate Professor. Dr. Khan takes keen interest in teaching and creates a very friendly and a sound teaching environment. He has an intense and strong bond with the students and is the favourite teaching staff of the institution. Dr. Khan also maintains a very cordial working environment rendering a helping hand whenever required. As his scheme of things is immaculate, he is indeed the lighthouse for the college activities. Apart from teaching activities, Dr. Khan is a strong proponent of Research activities. His innovative techniques of “Sliced Cartilage Tympanoplasty” and “Office based Direct Videolaryngoscopy by Zero Degree Sinuscope” have been accepted for International Publications. He has publications in International and National Journals. His project on “NEONATAL SCREENING FOR PREVALENCE OF DEAFNESS IN RURAL AREAS” has been approved by ICMR (INDIAN COUNCIL OF MEDICAL RESEARCH). Dr. Khan’s book on “Endoscopic Color Atlas Of Ear Diseases” is of irrefutable International and national success. Presently, his book, Endoscopic Atlas of Larynx and Pharnx is in press. Dr. Khan’s truly believes that we ought to repay the society whatever it gives us. With this sole aim of rendering free ENT care to the poor and needy patients, he has founded the Trust, TALEGAON CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. Apart from his consistently brilliant academic performance, Dr. Khan is a poet, Singer and a philosopher too. He will soon be coming up with his book based on his original philosophical quotes which are a collection of over 2 decades.
