Conducted a 3 week Ayurveda Intensive training program for the students of Lital Simon's Ayurveda school from Israel. It was quite intense and also lots of Fun. The training program comprised of daily Yoga sessions with Neha Joglekar, theory classes, practical's of various Ayurvedic therapies, Clinical trainings, Panchakarma department training in an Ayurvedic hospital and visit to an Ayurvedic Pharmacy. We ended the course with an Indian cooking workshop followed by mehendi (Henna) painting. Really enjoyed sharing this time with such fantastic students.🙏🙏

Absolutely busy schedule for 3 weeks 😀
Every morning starts with yoga ( Iyengar) class followed by 4 hours of lectures on Ayurveda ( Panchkarma, wellbeing therapies, marma therapy, Nutrition, Child care etc) followed by 4 hours of clinical experience with different patients..

As practitioners and teachers of Ayurveda, its always such a great pleasure to share the amazing wisdom of Ayurveda with keen minds. For the past few months, we have had the pleasure and honor of teaching 2 kindled spirits, Ilana Stemmer (from Israel) and Jean-Marie JM Grand (From France). they studied various aspects of clinical Ayurveda in our clinic. Today they successfully completed their course and me and Neha Joglekar both wish them lots of success in the future.

Dr. Neha gave a talk to the staff of Home Sciences department of SNDT college. The topic was 'Diet and Nutrition (An integrative approach)'. She talked about how Ayurvedic nutrition knowledge and western dietetics sciences can be integrated to better understand nutrition and use it for health promotion and maintenance.
