My name is Krrtuja Zanane, and I am excited to embark on this journey with you all in introducing my brand Dhi-Nutri; Your Only Health Subscription!
As a certified Dietician and registered Nutritionist, I have always focused on providing a holistic approach to food solutions for individuals of all age groups. This led to the birth of DHI-NUTRI, a one-stop destination where I DISCUSS HEALTH INSIGHTS which stimulates understanding of body types, fostering positive thoughts for everyone to be able to see the best reflection within themselves.
"Throughout my childhood till my late teen’s, I've experienced challenges of fluctuating body weight. As a young woman, I grappled with being underweight, constantly striving to nourish my body adequately. Each day felt like a quest for wellness, as I sought to understand the delicate balance between food, health, and overall well-being.
My journey didn't stop there. Unforeseen circumstances later led me to the other end of the spectrum, where I battled obesity during my adolescent years. This struggle forced me to confront the consequences of unhealthy eating habits and their impact on my body.
Yet, within these struggles lies the essence of my transformation. I've learned firsthand the importance of embracing a holistic approach to nutrition. It's not just about the numbers on the scale, it's about cultivating a harmonious relationship with food, nourishing my body with wholesome ingredients and finding balance in every aspect of my lifestyle.
Through dedication, nutritional education, and unwavering commitment, I've discovered the path to achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight. It wasn't a quick fix or a temporary solution, rather a journey of self-discovery, self-compassion and a newfound appreciation for the transformative power of nutrition.
Today, fuelled by my own experiences, I'm passionate about guiding others on their own paths to optimal health. I understand the challenges individuals face when it comes to their weight and overall wellness, and I'm committed to providing personalised support and evidence-based guidance to empower others on their journey.
