Monthly Trek Diaries 🌄✨

Today (Feb 25, 2026), our friends from Marunji and Talegaon units conquered Tikona Killa with their unstoppable energy and sunbright smiles!

Starting early in the morning and completing the trek by afternoon, the entire experience was filled with enthusiasm, being there for one another and moments of pure happiness.

Every step taken spoke volumes about our special friends' courage and confidence, paving the way towards inclusion.

On February 22, 2026, melodious music filled the air as we soaked in Swarotsav–Suron Ki Mehfil at Marunji.

Organised by talented IT professionals, the evening began with Ganesh Aarti and featured devotional songs, Bollywood melodies and group performances by our beneficiaries, staff and guest artists.

The event filled the campus with joy and positive energy. All artists were felicitated. Our special friends received gifts.

It was truly a memorable evening, with music emanating from our hearts even long after the programme ended. 🎶✨

Under their Employee Engagement Programme, 20 employees, from Hexaware Technologies visited our Marunji unit today (Feb 23, 2026). The team included leadership members.

The visitors actively interacted with our special friends, participated in fun and engaging games, and created a joyful and inclusive atmosphere. The enthusiasm and warmth shared during the visit left a permanent stamp of happiness on everyone.

The team distributed bags to winners and donated a few items from our list of requirements.

On February 20, we proudly celebrated the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at both Marunji and Talegaon units.

Our special friends paid heartfelt tribute through inspiring speeches about the life and courage of Shivaji Maharaj. This was followed by a traditional pujan ceremony. 🙏

The celebration filled the atmosphere with pride, patriotism and inspiration. His values, leadership and sense of justice continue to guide and motivate us all.

✨ The legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji is there in every heart that believes in courage and righteousness.

RUN In SYNC!: India’s biggest disability inclusion event🏃‍♂️💙

Today, Navksh*tij proudly participated in RUN In SYNC, India’s biggest disability inclusion event, organised by Adventure Beyond Barriers Foundation (ABBF) with the generous support of Bajaj Finserv.

We reached the venue at 5:00 a.m., full of energy and excitement! 🌅✨ Our special friends enthusiastically completed the three-kilometre run. They enjoyed being a part of this inclusive and empowering experience.

It was inspiring to see their determination, confidence and joyful smiles throughout the event. 💪😊

On February 6, our Talegaon unit was filled with joy and meaningful engagement.

We were delighted to welcome Prof. Hema Deshmukh and a group of students from Snehvardhak Mandal B.Ed College, along with the president of the Inner Wheel Club, Mrs. Jyoti Bharat Rajwade and Mr. Bharat Rajwade.

They interacted with our special friends and conducted various fun and engaging activities, creating a warm and memorable experience for everyone.

🗓️ On 7th February, he visited Navksh*tij, interacted with our team, learnt about our work, and appreciated our efforts.

🌄Trek to Mahabaleshwar 🍓

On January 31, our special friends from the Marunji and Talegaon units set out early in the morning to Mahabaleshwar.
The day was filled with smiles as they enjoyed an exciting trek at Pratapgad Fort, followed by the delight of feasting on fresh seasonal strawberries 🍓.

With shared breakfast, lunch, and well-deserved breaks along the way, the trek became a beautiful mix of adventure, bonding and unforgettable memories. 💚✨
