Lunch
Watermelon & Muskmelon(Carbs of my choice)+ Whole egg omelette(Protein & Healthy fat)+ Carrot-Cucumber (Fiber)
Most of the time, I have meals that have a good amount of protein and healthy fats, while containing a smaller amount of carbohydrates. This helps me avoid feeling sleepy after eating, so I can stay focused on my nutrition work. I also make sure to include fiber in all of my meals.
