Graphites case

A case of Infertility.
Amenorrhoea ( Me**es absent ) since 2 months
Diagnosed as PCOD and taking OC pills since 5 years. Now stopped.

Lmp: 6/11/20
Leucorrhoea Absent
Menarche : 13 years then again absent for 3 to 4 months.

Usg: right o***y PCOD
left simple cyst.
Sensitive to reprimands.

Given Pulsatila 30 one dose on 27th dec

Follow up on 20 Jan. Swelling of both the ankles. Thirst improved
Also gave one more symptom, that itching va**na before menstruation.
One dose Graphites 30
Got the me**es on 22 Jan . Swelling reduced.
Treatment plan: Wait till 22nd Feb. Advised to follow fertile period.
GO for UPT if delayed, No further interruption till one month.
