नमस्कार,
आषाढी एकादशी ला आपण सगळेजणं उपवास करतो. उपवास म्हणजे Fasting; पचन संस्थेला विश्रांती देणे, जिभेवर ताबा आणणे, पचन संस्थेचे cleansing करण्यासाठी उपवास करतात. या वर्षी साबुदाणा खिचडी तर खाऊच, पण त्या बरोबर जरा वेगळ्या पद्धतींनी उपवास करून बघूया का?
उपवास झाल्यानंतर दुसऱ्या दिवशी ऍसिडिटी ऐवजी हलकं, फ्रेश वाटेल असे काही पदार्थ आम्ही सुचवत आहोत. जरूर try करून बघा.
पदार्थ सिलेक्ट करताना ते पचायला हलके असावेत, पावसाळ्यात खाण्या साठी योग्य असावेत असा विचार केलेला आहे.

बाबा बरोबर केलेले रसगुल्ले, माझ्या बरोबर केलेल्या रेसिपीज, काका बरोबर काढलेले हॉटेल (काल्पनिक) या सगळ्यातून तारा ला अन्ना बद्दल खूप आवड आणि कुतूहल निर्माण झाले. ती नियमित या सगळ्या activities आमच्या बरोबर करते. आमच्या वयाच्या ५ व्या वर्षी जेव्हा आमची नुकतीच ' Food' ची ओळख होत होती त्या वयात तारा ची रेसिपी 'चिकू पिकू' मासिकात छापून आली आहे. आमच्या तारा ची रेसिपी नक्की वाचा 🙂
