Last year in Auroville, I stumbled upon Holotropic Breathwork, a transformative journey that took me by surprise. Using only my breath, I delved deep into my consciousness, shedding old patterns and uncovering new possibilities.

What I love most is its autonomy—you decide what to work on and how deep to go, with your inner healer as your guide. Unlike traditional therapy, there's no diagnosis or interpretation, keeping you in control of your journey.

After experiencing remarkable breakthroughs, I completed the training to become a facilitator. I'm excited to now offer Breathwork sessions across major cities in India. Join me in this empowering practice and unlock your potential!
