SHOULD FEMALES WORKOUT DURING PERIODS ?

The answer differs for different factors. There's no scientific reason you should skip out on your workouts during your period. In fact, there's evidence that exercise can be helpful during this time.

The bottom line is this: Continue with exercise, but back off on the intensity, especially if you're feeling fatigued.
If your period cramps are bearable, workouts during periods can be helpful. Squats during periods are a great option. Avoid strenuous exercises. Avoid exercises for a prolonged time.

Don't force your body to exercise. Listen to your body.

Is it true that "STEAM" & "SAUNA" may help me lose weight ??

Steam & Sauna are Rest & Relaxation aids that have beneficial effects on healthy such as improved circulation, cleansing of the skin & combating nasal congestion. It has nothing to do with fat loss..

The body does not lose fat when subjected to high temperature. There is temporary weight loos due to dehydration and the water lost through sweating must be replaced immediately in order to keep the body hydrated & healthy .

Taking a Steam or Sauna bath after a workout is effective in reducing muscle soreness as well as relaxing your mind, body, and soul. However, it is not a permanent solution to lose weight.

Experts note that Saunas and Steam rooms stimulate your body in ways that typical exercise does not. Sweating it out in the steam room isn't a tool to lose weight quickly.

"Jumping Push-Ups OR "Plyometric Push-Ups" one of the hardest Push-Up can help you increase your strength, power, and fitness.

So, How to tackle "Jumping Push-Ups" ?
Step 1 : Use the same start and finish position as a typical pusher.
Step 2 : At the height of a Push-Up must use explosive power to lift yourself off of the ground.
Step 3 : Start in the push-up position with your shoulders over the wrists.
Step 4 : Keep hips and shoulders at the same height place the heel of your hand on the mat and spread your fingers wide.
Step 5 : Keep your back flat & lower yourself down then up.
Step 6 : At the peak of the upward extension lunch your upper body into the air.
