Realโworld learning, right at the source!
Our Skill Development Block, NIOS Block and students from Sunderji Vocational Institute stepped out of the classroom and into the buzzing floors of HSBC Software Development, Yerwada โ and what a day it turned out to be!
From walking through different departments to sitting down with the heads who run them, our students got an inside look at how a bank really works:

๐น And why every role, big or small, matters in building trust and service
The visit went both ways โ while our students absorbed every detail of banking life, the HSBC team got to experience a lively bunch of stars! ๐
โจ They listened to heartfelt poetry that our students proudly shared.
๐ฟ They were surprised and inspired when our students offered thoughtful insights about the branchโs own garden, noticing details and sparking conversations that went beyond banking.
What made it even more special? The time and insights shared by Vikram Kulkarni โ India Head, Smita Gupta โ Team Leader, and Pinky Porwal through the Diversity & Inclusion Forum, showing that workplaces thrive when they welcome every kind of mind and talent. ๐
