During monsoon, greens tend to carry more germs and pesticides. It’s best to skip them temporarily or switch to well-cooked options.
🥗 Say no to raw salads
Raw veggies can harbor bacteria in this humid weather. Instead, lightly steam or sauté your veggies to make them safer and easier to digest.
🍜 Spice up your immunity with soups
Ginger, garlic, turmeric, pepper – immunity warriors in a bowl of warm soup. Keeps you nourished and protected!
🥶 Avoid cold drinks – your gut says no!
Cold drinks can weaken digestion in damp weather. Opt for warm herbal concoctions with tulsi, cinnamon, and mulethi instead.
🥦 Ditch the florets, pick the roots
Broccoli and cauliflower hold more moisture – not ideal in this season. Root veggies like carrots, lauki, and pumpkin are a better choice.
