Complain of.
Right side of lower abdomen is painful pain is also there in back it is there since 5 to 6 months it is better with previous medicine ( Rhus tox always given for knee pain or some acute complaints in past ) More around 2:30 to 3:00 a.m. The pain starts from right front and goes to back I cannot understand what to do pain is better by lying on right side and increases while lying on left side MRI was done and some vein is compressing. Sonography showed fatty liver also. Pain starts in sleep only and then I wake up from sleep
There was pain in right side knee but with medicine it is better now half year after that this complaint started.
There is cataract in the right eye and it is to be operated first and then in other Eye
Headache also occurs with acidity and during cough cold it is more on right side and then it goes backwards or towards eyebrows.
The lot of eructations. taking medicine for blood pressure and cholesterol Since 4 years all the teeth are removed because of decay. It started on the left side. I also had dengue at the age of 12 years.
One twins died on 16th day as they were in premature after that one abortion at 4 months I have one daughter she was delivered normal.
Physical general
Food: I like spicy food and sour food
Thirst: normal

Sweat: sweating is more in summer.
Thermal: I can tolerate cold easily. There is pain in body by direct air of fan.
Sleep And dreams:
Like to sleep on left side. dreams related to family, dreams of God doing pooja. I like to do Pooja more
Basic nature
Calm nature,
She is strong emotionally on outer side but there is lot of tension. We have to ask her 100 times what is the matter with her she will tell. She is introvert.
Very sensitive about the health of family members
She burps a lot due to tension. Shewill think a lot but she will not open up.
You should take care of mother in law. She has done for her everything for 20 years. See you to take care of others also. If anyone calls her for help she will go. She likes to cook and feed others.
Stressful situation
Not having children after marriage after 4 to 5 years we had it twins and one of them passed away and then another passed away After 16 days so I was shocked as they passed away suddenly. I was not able to understand what was happening. I could not cry at that time. I was trying alone sitting. I was very sad but could not Express it. There was no one to share with. I had lot of tension what to do now.
I like to listen to songs related to God.
Childhood:
We were in a joint family. Father had business. I don't like to stay alone. I need company. I like to eat fish more.
Family history.
Grandmother: heart problem
Father: paralysis.
Analysis:
Midnight aggravates at 2:30 to 3 am.
Pain is better by lying on painful side.
Tension and anxiety related to family.
General affinity to right side.

Follow up on 27/2/24
Better by 50 %
Now during sleep no episodes.
Now only during waking hours 5 am
Knee pain and breathlessness still there due to journey
