To repeat the history like Few Pharma MNCs who started their business at a local level and gradually took their products at an international market, few young Post-Graduates have came together to satisfy “A new generation demand of Dermatology”- Cosmoceuticals, in India.

”Cosmeceuticals” (coined just a few years back by Dr. Nicholas Perricone, M.D.) The word is a portmanteau of the words "cosmeti

c" and "pharmaceutical". An important distinction lies in the delivery method as well. The "cosmeceutical" label applies only to products applied topically, such as creams, lotions, and ointments. Products which are similar in perceived benefits but ingested orally are known as nutricosmetics. In the year 2001, when the Founders of “Stratum Cosmoceuticals” were enjoying the most wonderful days of the life, i.e. our College days, we were not aware about our Destiny which held us tight even if we were physically far away from each other at different parts of the country. Some of us met each other at different companies or by many other excuses later on. The start of the new firm was never in our mind, when we were planning to get selected at the Interviews of different Pharma MNCs of India. And no doubt about our knowledge and ability due to which we started our career with the Ranking MNCs like GSK, AstraZeneca, Ranbaxy, SUN, Cipla, Wockhardt etc.

Our experience to design the formula for a New Brand, and the experience to get the formula approved by US-FDA was one of our most important and most strong capitals. And the experience of few others in the product management, and Marketing field will definitely help our own experienced sales team to expertise their existing skills, polished in the Sales experiences of Pharma Multinationals. कभी-कभी हम व्हाट्सएप और फेसबुक पर ऐसे मैसेज फॉरवर्ड कर देते हैं और, आंख बंदकर विश्वास कर लेते हैं।

असली खबर यह है, कि विनेश फोगाट selection के दौरान 53 किग्रा वर्ग में 11-0 से हार गईं, इसलिए उन्होंने जानबूझकर 50 किग्रा वर्ग में जाने के लिये अपना वजन कम किया l ये सोचते हुए कि 50 किग्रा वर्ग में जीतना आसान होगा।
उस समय 50 किग्रा में फिट बैठने वाली शिवानी पवार का selection नहीं किया गया और विनेश फोगाट को पेरिस के लिए चुना गया l

वजन कम कर तो लिया, लेकिन अपने शरीर और दैनिक आहार को बनाए रखते हुए, वजन न बढ़ना मुश्किल था।
हालाँकि, जैसे-जैसे फाइनल मैच की ओर आगे बढ़ने लगी, वजन धीरे-धीरे 50 किलोग्राम से अधिक होने लगा। आहार में कटौती करने से कुश्ती फाइनल मॅच पे फरक पडेगा, और इस वक्त 50 किलोग्राम से अधिक न होना एक कठिन स्थिति थी।

आखिरी दिन, उसका वजन 50 किलोग्राम से कम रखने के लिये उसने अपने बाल कटवा लिए, कम से कम और छोटे कपड़े पहने, लेकीन अंत में उसका वजन 100 ग्राम ज्यादा हो ही गया और उस समय उसे ओलंपिक से बाहर कर दिया गया।

सोच नहीं सकते कि आज ऐसे समय में भारत में रुकी शिवानी पवार की मानसिक स्थिति क्या होगी l

महाभारत में महाशक्तिशाली कर्ण के साथ भी ऐसा ही हुआ था, जिसे झूठ बोलकर अपने गुरु से युद्ध का सारा ग्यान लेने के कारण उसके गुरु ने श्राप दिया था, "युद्ध में तुम अपनी सारी विद्या भूल जाओगे।"

कल वापस यही हुआ, कितनी भी कोशिश करो गलत तरीके से, सफलता मिलना नामुमकिन है।

1. चाहे कितना भी प्रॉफिट दिख रहा हो, ग्राहक से कभी झूठ मत बोलो।
2. केवल ओरिजनल प्रॉडक्ट का उपयोग करें, अन्यथा ग्राहक को बताएं - यह ओरिजनल नहीं है।
3. जो treatment आपको नहीं आता, उसे गलत तरीके से पेश न करें। यदि नहीं आता, नहीं जानते तो वेसे बता देना, संसार में कोई भी सर्वज्ञ नहीं।
4. गलत जानकारी देकर home care product ना बेचें, दुनिया में कोई भी गोरा होने का प्रॉडक्ट नहीं है, कोई शैम्पू hair fall नहीं रोकता, कोई waxing सन-टैन का इलाज नहीं करती।
5. बिजनेस में नाम कमाना बहुत मुश्किल है, लेकीन नाम खराब होने मे सिर्फ एक घटना ही काफी है।
