โœ…Soham Yoga Centre & Yoga Academy โœ… at this location, on this auspicious day of Ghatasthapana 2019

Myself Anjali, Manali and Manasi, all 3 of us completed our Masters Degree in "Yog Shastra" from Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek, Nagpur and now are dedicated to coaching Yogasans, Suryanamaskar, Pranayaam , Agnihotra, Meditation as LIFESTYLE YOGA and address health related challenges through Medical Yoga !

We conducted Agnihotra, Omkar Chanting Workshop, Suryanamaskaar Competitions for men and women, Suryanamaskar and Kriya Yog Shibir for Children in this year and had overwhelming response to these events. Few of the pictures has been shared herewith
Our batches start from 6 am and end at 11,00 in morning and 5pm to 8pm in evening

Padmasan (Lotus Pose)

Because the legs in this pose are folded to appear like a Lotus Flower (Kamal ) this is called Padma Asan

Padmasan is the most powerful pose in Yoga to connect mind with body , thus its used in Meditation!

In our daily routine we sit, sleep, on foam / soft seats and beds that spoils our posture resulting in pains in lower back, waste, and suffer from sciatica

Here are important benefits practicing Suryanamaskars regularly

Hi,... wish to share some good information on Yoga....its not just some body twists and holding the breath up.... YOGA...means Yuja...means 'to connect'.... It's is a Bridge to connect mind and body...its an age old science developed to perform day to day activities to maintain healthy mind and body.
Asanas helps in improving blood circulation and pranayam ensures reach of Oxygen (pranvayu) to the farthest body cell.
