Underwent A c-section ???Don't feel Guilty that you could not Deliver Naturally ....
Infact focus on taking Care of yourself even more as you have underwent a major Surgery ...Keep these tips in mind for a Faster Recovery
1. To prevent pressure on the stitches , give support while you. Cough or sneeze .avoid any thing which will increase your cough like oily food .

2.Breast feed lying down / sideways....while it is recommended to Feed in sitting Position , but after c-section initial few hrs you can take this position of you are unable to sit.

3.It takes the stitches almoat 10 days to heal - in that period if you see any pus , severe pain. Or Feber developing , talk to your doctor.

4.Most important - is to start with walk / movement as soon as possible.
Take help of the nurse / any attendent to help you walk initially.

5.Rest ...Rest ..Rest . whenever you get time ....your Body if healing and give it sufficient time to heal and recover.
