Soulsphere Soulsphere is a space for inner transformation, personal growth as well as meditation. At Soulsphere, we are creating a space to nourish the soul.

Our soul is that basic essence within us which gives us life, which transcends time and space. The soul is immortal. We believe that every being whether living or non-living has a soul, and that one cannot actually progress unless one’s soul evolves. Incorporating healing methods like counselling, Expressive Arts Therapy, Dance Movement Therapy, Meditation, Reiki, Chakra Healing and spiritual counselling we aim at aiding the inner growth and pursuit of all individuals.

May we celebrate the Earth and it’s bounty and generosity everyday!

Today, we take a moment to honour her more mindfully — through movement, through stillness, through art, and through soul.

Take a moment and deeply listen — to the body, to the breath, and to the Earth.

She holds us, nourishes us, teaches us balance and beauty, without asking for anything in return.

May we meet her generosity with care.
May we remember that loving the Earth is not a one-day event, but a lifelong relationship — of awareness, action, and reverence.

Glimpses from the Introduction to Dance Movement Therapy course held at FLAME University, facilitated by our founders Anubha Doshi and Karishma Harlalka.

This immersive experience introduced students to the foundational principles of Dance Movement Therapy — exploring the body as a medium for expression, somatic awareness, and healing. Alongside Western therapeutic frameworks, the course also wove in rich threads from Indian contemplative traditions, drawing upon concepts such as the mindfulness, chakra system, and the therapeutic wisdom embedded in ancient movement forms.

Through guided movement explorations, creative embodiment, somatic and reflective practices, the students engaged in a deeper connection to the self — where movement becomes meditation, and the body becomes a bridge between the psychological and the spiritual.

Our founder-director, Anubha Doshi, is now a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, having successfully completed the prestigious Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield—a testament to her unwavering commitment to mindfulness and personal transformation.

Her journey began with a deep dive into Buddhist Psychology, which laid the foundation for her lifelong passion for mindfulness.
