Good Afternoon Ladies!!!
Ready for a healthy start?

Time for a diet plan!!! ?

But before that few principles to stay fit not fat!!
1. Never have tea or coffee as the first thing in morning
2. Never skip breakfast or never do a time pass breakfast. Take a heavy breakfast with favourite meals of yours.
3. Never have water with your food. Food stays in your stomach for 45 mins before going to intestine. So have water after 45 minutes to avoid diluting those digestive juices
4. Gaps between 2 meals should not be more than 2-3hrs. When you eat after long gaps, you end up eating more. Body only digests according to capacity of stomach and stores rest as fat!!
5. Listen to your body. Eat utna jitna your body wants. The moment you are full, stop eating. Don't dump yourself. Neither starve. Eat according to hunger
6. Dinner before sunset!! Best way to lose fat on stomach is to have last meal at 7pm. Reduce water intake too after 7pm.
7. Most important: Love your body. It works for you 24hrs. Don't curse it just because of the fat it has. Don't forget this fat is going to get converted into energy when you will need it most😊

Lets come on diet plan now!!!
Meal1: As soon as you get up: A banana preferrably or any fruit available

Meal2: 30 minutes after banana. Good indian breakfast. Best time before 9am Anyone from these:
Parantha curd
Parantha chaai
Chapati sabzi
Moong dàal chhilla
Tomato omlette
Parantha with egg white omlette

Meal 3: 2 hrs after meal2 around 11am
Buttermilk/Milk/Curd

Meal4: Around 1pm
Snacky Lunch
Poha/upma/idli sambar/home made wholewheat sandwich/Dosa/1 bowl curd rice

Meal5: Around 3
Dry fruits/Coconut water

Meak6: Around 5
100 ml tea with roasted peanuts or khakra

Meal7: Around 6:30/7pm
Proper dinner meal whatever is cooked. No restrictions

Meal8: Around 9:30
100ml milk/ dry fruits/ 50gms paneer sauted on tawa/ 1 egg white boiled

Weekend special:
1. Prefer going on movie n lunch outside than dinner
2. If you go out for lunch, have good lunch and snacky dinner means replace your snacks of daily lunch with dinner at 7pm
3. If anyhow you going out for dinner post 7,avoid gravies. Try to have garlic paranthas with daal or curd.
4. If going for evening outings, have anything before 7. Yes anything and everyrhing is allowed and can be enjoyed before 7pm
5. If staying at home but needs a change, reward yourself with a good nap in afteenoon and after getting up in evening enjoy your favourite meal let it be halwa, rajmah rice, pizza or whatever. Prefer home cooked and enjoy bounce back on following weekday😊😊😊

If even you are able to follow the pattern of this diet, i assure you will see the results!!!!

भांडे कोणते वापरावे ?

अन्न शिजवताना जे भांडे वापरले जाते, त्या भांड्याचे गुण अन्नामधे उतरतात.

पूर्वीची भांडी तांब्यापितळीची होती. त्याला कल्हई लावली जाई. कल्हई म्हणजे झिंक / जस्त. या कल्हई केलेल्या भांड्यात जेव्हा फोडणी दिली जाई किंवा डाळ शिजवली जाई, तेव्हा शिजत असलेल्या अन्नात आपोआपच जस्ताचा सूक्ष्म अंश जात होता. शिवाय तांब्यापितळीचे औषधी गुणपण मिळत होते.

आजचे संशोधन असे सांगते, शरीरातील झिंक कमी होते, म्हणून मधुमेह, ह्रदयविकार होतात.

काय जमाना आलाय, जी भांडी औषधी गुणांनी युक्त होती, ती मोडीत देऊन टाकली आणि बीकोझिंकच्या गोळ्या खात बसलो. याला म्हणायचा विकास.

अॅल्युमिनियम, हिंडालीयम हे धातु शरीराला हानीकर आहेत, हे अर्वाच्च विज्ञान सांगते आहे, तरीदेखील शाळेतील पोषण आहार किंवा मंगल कार्यालयातील आहार याच भांड्यात केला जातोय. (सोयीस्कर दुर्लक्ष )

आम्ही आमच्या घरालाच आता तुरुंग बनवलाय. तवा, चहाची किटली, दुधाची पातेली, कढई, अंडी उकडण्याचे पातेली हमखास अॅल्युमिनियम किंवा हिंडालीयमची असतात !

सर्वात चांगले भांडे मातीचे ! आपले शरीर ज्या अठरा मुलद्रव्यांनी बनले आहे, तीच अठरा मुलद्रव्ये मातीत आहेत. मातीच्या भांड्यात आपण फोडणीपण देऊ शकतो, दूध तापवू शकतो, दही लावू शकतो, पेजसुद्धा शिजवू शकतो. गॅसवरपण ठेवू शकतो.

मातीची भांडी वापरण्याचा आणखीही एक फायदा म्हणजे घरातला राग भांड्यावर काढला जावू शकत नाही.
