Mind and Body Pilates Institute Mind and Body Pilates Institute conducts Pilates classes for individuals, groups, as well as Pilates workshops for physiotherapists.

We conduct 50-minute Pilates* sessions for individuals and groups, where individuals are grouped based on their health profile (general fitness levels, athletes, dancers, kids, elderly, diabetics and individuals with low back pain). We also have specialised programmes for pregnant women, as well as care post-pregnancy with special Pilates exercises. Along with individual and group programmes, we also conduct workshops for physiotherapists, who can get trained in Pilates in 3 levels and learn how to use small equipment such as TheraBandâ„¢, Swiss balls, magic circles, spiky balls, among others. Workshops also include ante-natal and post-natal Pilates.

*Pilates: This is a technique of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It is a type of core stability exercise, which improves flexibility, physical strength, posture and mental awareness of the body.
