In today's ever-evolving environment, growing a kid into a good successful human being is the most important and complex challenge parents are facing. The challenge results in the parents feeling their kid is either or multiple of following types:

• Weak Learner • Hyper Active • Gadget Freak
• Attention Wanderer • Disobedient Rebel • Aggressive Pushee
• Extreme Sharp • Confused Lost • Day Dreamer...

Parents are also
• Worried about the kid's present and more than that, his/her future
• Not clear what he/she can do or loves or hates
• Looking for some knowledgeable guidance

To support the parents and to help the children in this scenario, we have established a Grow2Fly Child and Adolescent Counseling Centre, in Pune. Under our GROW Model (Give Roots, Offer Wings), we offer a triplet of services:

1. Assessments: The Center has facilities to assess children on various parameters of psychological, behavioral and emotional components.

2. Counselling / Remedial Intervention: The Centre offers systematic and individualized Counselling for both children and parents in various areas. For identified cases, Remedial sessions are also conducted as per the agreed Remedial Intervention plan.

3. Workshops: Trainings and workshops are conducted for children and parents/ Teachers about behavioural and psychological aspects of kids and adolescents.

* The solutions are offered through interactions, meetings, tests and counseling sessions - with prior appointment. The solution is offered with prior appointment. Following steps, as required, will be taken:

• Intro meeting with parents
• Identifying assessment areas and choosing correct tools
• Conducting assessment
• Report explanation
• Counselling /Remedial Intervention/Follow-up:

Assessment of weaknesses is not the aim; improvement is! (All assessments, as required and agreed, would be followed by counselling and/or Remedial Intervention. These sessions would contribute in overcoming the identified weaknesses.)
